The Sale of Annalee Mobilitee Dolls Complete

Meredith, NH, August 1, 2008 -- The sale of Annalee Mobilitee Dolls, headquartered in Meredith, NH, to The ImagineNation Co., Ltd. of Hong Kong was completed at the end of February 2008. Most recently, Dave Pelletier, CEO and Bob Watson, Executive Vice President, became shareholders in the new company, Annalee Dolls, Inc.

ImagineNation Co. has been manufacturing the complete Annalee doll line since 2001. Product design, sales, marketing and distribution continue to be handled out of the Meredith headquarters. According to Pelletier, "Our partner in China has been a critical part of the Annalee team since 2001. They supported the company during some very difficult turnaround years and today we are proud to have them as partners." Angela Fu, President of Annalee Dolls, Inc. and Managing Director of The ImagineNation Co. feels the future is bright for both sides of the Pacific, "We've loved producing the product right from the start and we are proud to be the partners with such a good brand."

Dave Pelletier, CEO, joined Annalee as a consultant in late 2000 to orchestrate the turnaround with the focus on operations and cost structures. Bob Watson, EVP, and an industry veteran of over 30 years, joined Annalee
several years later to drive the sales and marketing effort. Today the company is on solid financial ground and all parties are excited about the opportunities that lie ahead of the new company. According to Watson, "The new ownership will allow the company to grow and to continue to bring the special Annalee doll charm and whimsy to thousands of homes around the globe."

Annalee Virtual Museum: Now online!

After a significant investment in time and technology, we are pleased to be able to make the history of Annalee available to everyone.  The technology we have used in creating the museum gives you the ability to zoom in and out on each doll, as well as rotate it for a 360° view.  It gives the feeling that you are actually holding the doll in your hand.  You will be able to see the small details in the face art and fabrics that make every Annalee doll special.  You also have a chance to share your knowledge and memories of Annalee dolls.
