Annalee Virtual Museum: Now online!

After a significant investment in time and technology, we are pleased to be able to make the history of Annalee available to everyone.  The technology we have used in creating the museum gives you the ability to zoom in and out on each doll, as well as rotate it for a 360° view.  It gives the feeling that you are actually holding the doll in your hand.  You will be able to see the small details in the face art and fabrics that make every Annalee doll special.  You also have a chance to share your knowledge and memories of Annalee dolls. Be sure to visit often as we will be adding more images to the museum every month!

Vintage Annalee Museum Doll Auction!

Thank you for your interest in the Vintage Annalee Museum Doll Auction! We had a fantastic response in the first three weeks, and lots of vintage Annalee pieces found new homes across America. Congratulations to all the winners!

Because we are entering the busy summer months and we know everyone loves to enjoy the outdoors, the auction will be taking a vacation, but be sure to look for it again this fall.

Join the folks at Boyds Bears Country for this all American family-fun filled event! Bring the entire family for this three day festival filled with artisans and craftsman from throughout the area. We’ll also have hands on craft activities that will be offered for children 12 and under. The kiddies will have the opportunity to make their beary own Corn Husk Dolls and Americana Paper Lanterns. Live entertainment straight from Bubba’s Corn Crib Stage and great food available in our big ol’ dinin’ hall. And be sure to check out the great selection of Annalee dolls on the 2nd floor

Nothin’ but Bears, Chainsaw Carving Competition The folks at Boyds and Appalachian Art Studios are teaming up for this one of a kind chainsaw carving competition. The event will feature over twelve of the best chainsaw sculptors in the United States that will carve their favorite bear masterpiece right in front of your eyes. Guests will have the chance to vote for their favorite bear carving and will then have the opportunity to purchase these unique carvings through a public auction that will be held on Saturday, July 12th & Sunday, July 13th. In addition to the chainsaw carving competition, Boyds Bear Country will be raffling off a one-of-a-kind chainsaw carving which will feature a “bear on a motorcycle” in conjunction with Gettysburg Bike Week. Guests may purchase these tickets at Boyds Bear Country on July 11th, 12th & 13th or at our Boyds booth at the Allstar Events Complex, Gettysburg, PA on Saturday, July 12th. All proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Adams County Advocacy Center and Appalachian Art Studios.
